Shipping Information
This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with In Awe.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During peak periods, product launches, or promotional events, processing times may be extended. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details. Tracking is provided for all orders where available.
Shipping Destinations
We ship worldwide.
However, we do not ship to countries or regions subject to international sanctions or trade restrictions, including but not limited to Belarus, Russia, Sudan, South Sudan, and Venezuela.
We operate in compliance with applicable Australian and international laws and reserve the right to cancel orders that violate export controls or sanctions regulations.
Australia
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery timeframes:
• Standard: 2–8 business days
• Express: 1–3 business days
International
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination.
Estimated delivery timeframes:
• Standard: 7–20 business days
• Express: 2–7 business days
Please note that some countries may charge customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate. Orders will be shipped to the address provided. If an incorrect address is entered, we are unable to offer a refund.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Customers are responsible for paying any taxes or customs duties required by their country. If these charges are not paid and the item is returned to us, a refund will not be issued.
Missed Deliveries & Returned Packages
Customers are responsible for collecting their package from their local post office if delivery is missed and for communicating with their local post office or customs if their package is being held.
If a package is returned to sender due to failure to collect or resolve delivery issues, we will not issue a refund. If the package is returned to us, we may contact you to arrange reshipping. Additional shipping fees will apply.
Liability
We are not liable for packages returned to sender due to incorrect addresses, unpaid customs fees, or failure to collect the package.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.
